We work over a range of industries and have a wide ranging corporate skill-set, so can help with most requests – Even if we can't help, we'll very likely be able to guide you to someone that can help you (should you wish).

Costs are dependant on estimated resources required to complete the request(s) – An initial conversation with our clients usually enables us to provide them with a cost estimate they are delighted with.

Again, this depends on the resource requirements (and complexities) of the request – We always try to exceed our clients expectations.

Direct bank transfer (within 7 working days of invoice receipt) works best for us – Other payment methods can be agreed prior to us agreeing to complete your request.

We can provide updates on any agreed time basis that suits you. If your request involves a significant time span, we can even set milestones and provide a progress report on each milestone date.

This depends a bit on the dimensions and weight of the prototype(s) we are shipping and where (in the world) we are shipping them to. If you have a specific carrier you prefer, we are usually more than happy to use them.

Material selection is made in consultation with the client and our recommendations are based on physical and mechanical performance requirement, the environmental requirements (e.g. working temperature range, food contact approval etc.), required life-cycle, cost and environmental considerations. Example materials include: ABS, Acetyl, Acetyl H, Acrylics, Aluminium, Leather, Nylon 6, Nylon 6.6 , HDPE, PE500, PET, PLA, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polyurethane, PTFE, PEEK, RG1000, PVA, Textiles, TPU, Tufnol, UHMWPE and even Wood.
